While 'Lockdown' has changed the way I work with my clients. I am continuing to offer various options to help you work towards your fitness goals, or focus on just moving your body to benefit your physical and mental health.

Online Personal Training

Work with me on a 1-2-1 basis or pair up with a partner for online Personal Training from the comfort of your own home. Receive the same focus, feedback and attention to detail as you would in a gym or studio setting. I want to help you become stronger, fitter and more confident about your body and it's capabilities. No silly fads, we'll focus on nailing the basics with a wholistic approach to your training and lifestyle. Drop me a message for more information and to discuss rates.

Online Zoom Classes

Enjoy working alongside others to work up a sweat and feel your body become stronger in my group classes. With a more general approach the classes will focus on working your whole body safely with my 'Simply Moving Series' classes. Work up a sweat with my 'Whole Body Workout' on Wednesday and Saturdays, then enjoy a change to ease out those muscles for my 'Unwind and Stretch'. Each class is 30mins and priced at £5/class per household.
